Don't Walk, Run Away From Bay Parc

Thinking about moving to Bay Parc? Here's a reality check to save you a nightmare.

They brag about "luxury living," but Bay Parc offers nothing but danger, frustration, and a hefty price tag for misery.

Safety? Non-existent. Imagine this: you come home late, tired, only to witness a carjacking in the poorly lit parking garage (security cameras? Apparently it's more luxurious without).

Feeling unsafe inside your apartment? Join the cockroach party!** Despite constant treatments, these unwelcome guests will make a midnight snack a horror movie. And forget about a good night's sleep – leaky pipes and loud drying equipment will serenade you all night.

Management? More like mismanagement. They'll downplay crimes, lose your maintenance requests, and then slap you with bogus fees after you leave, even if you get the place professionally cleaned.

This isn't peace of mind, it's a constant state of stress. Don't waste your hard-earned money. There are better options for $3,000 a month. Run, don't walk, away from Bay Parc.

Beautiful Apartment, Not Beautiful Service

Bay Parc Plaza is a beautiful complex and is in a great location. However, the leasing agents and management are very unreceptive and do not provide you with quality service. There are also hidden utility fees that you do not get told about. I am not renewing my lease and advise people to look into other apartments before renting here.

Great for Pets... Not so great for Humans

This apartment complex is great for pets. But the mess they leave dosnt work with humans. Management dosnt respond well at pet complaints since we do live in a pet friendly building. But there should a point where management steps in. Lots of hidden fees on the monthly bill statement.

Close to Miami Beach, downtown, brickell, midtown and wynwood. Coral Gables, Little Havana and Coconut grove is also a short drive away. Lots of great restaurants, an amazing dog-friendly park, and just beautiful area in general.

More and more people are moving into the area to stay in close enough to the hub of the city but avoiding the price of say, Brickell. Young area.
