Premiere apartment for a premiere price

1330 Boylston is a fabulous apartment building. It hosts 200 units in the Fenway neighborhood--literally right across the street from Fenway Park. The amenities-- a rooftop pool, boutique gym, common area, and outdoor patio-- are clean and current, and the staff, to include the 24/7 concierge, are responsive. My experience as a full-time working professional attending BU is different from most students, but if you can afford the rent, 1330 Boylston is a great place to be. My morning commute is a 9-minute walk to BU.

Great Building!

This is a fantastic building. The door staff are all so kind and knew my name within a week of moving in. Management does a great job of notifying you with things going on in the building and around the area. A little pricey but blame it on location!

About Fenway/Kenmore

Home to the historic Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox, Fenway is a great neighborhood for young people. In fact, the park was named after the neighborhood. It is also home to the arts, such as Berklee School of Arts. This community boasts plenty of eateries and bars surrounding the ballpark and ha...

Great neighborhood! There are plenty of shops and bars and restuarants nearby to explore. It is also very close to transit areas. It's generally quiet, except on game days at Fenway. On game days, the streets and roads become very crowded and can get loud. It's not very loud from my apartment, I don't notice it, but it can change depending on where you live. There are stores and markets for shopping and groceries within close walking distance. The location downtown is great for me.
Fenway is a fun place to live as a young adult. There is a lot of great options for food, entertainment and shopping nearby. It is not necessarily a quiet place, but that aslo comes with the fun of always having something to do nearby. For the most part it is a safe place to live and convenient location.
The neighborhood has a target at 10 mins walk, dominos, USPS, and 2 other restaurants at 3 mins walk, questrom college at 7 mins walk, and two t-line stations at 6 mins walk. It safe around to go for jogging.
It has a residential feel even though it's right downtown. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood, including a grocery store, CVS, hardware store, liquor store, etc.
It is a good place. Easy to access also it has tons of cafes, groceries, and restaurant
Amazing food, close to target, museums (MFA and ISG), and the fens
West Fens is, in my opinion, the best place to live in Boston. Pros: short commute downtown, plenty of transit options, lots to do (bars, restaurants, etc)., near plenty of stores (grocery store, TARGET!, Marshall's, etc.), quiet streets, and right next to the Fens for when you want your nature fix. I don't have any cons, personally. It's my ideal location.
The Fenway area is a great place to live. You've got the green line (I know) right there that will take you pretty much anywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants and a grocery store as well. It's a good place for undergrads and I found it very enjoyable living there.
