Fenway Triangle, Expensive but worth it!

While my apartment complex is costly, it is located in the heart of Fenway. It is right next to Target, Starmarket, Sephora, and many other stores and restaurants. This would be a great option if you could afford the rental price. Also, it is only a 15-minute walk to Boston University. The only minor drawback is the loud fire testing.

Fenway Triangle

The location is really nice. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Questrom building by walking.
The rent in Fenway is higher than other areas, but I think apartments are fairly new and secure.

A little expensive, but amazing location and friendly management

You couldn't ask for a better location than Trilogy Apartments. It's less than 5 minutes to the Fenway T stop, and only 7-8 minutes to the Kenmore T (which is sometimes more convenient since the B, C, and D Green Line trains run through Kenmore). Additionally, there are tons of places to eat nearby, including a Chipotle. There is a Boston Sports Club next door, a movie theater, and more froyo/ice cream places than anyone could reasonably need. The apartment itself is beautiful and has some really great amenities, including two excellent gyms. I ended up joining the BSC anyways because I wanted a bench press and a squat rack, but if you are mostly interested in cardio, light free weights, and machines, it should get the job done. I really like the view from our apartment, though its facing inward into the courtyard so we don't really have a city view. While I've really enjoyed living at Trilogy, there are a couple of things that could be better. The walls don't insulate noise that well so its pretty easy to get a noise complaint. We've had a couple of small gatherings and both times we got a call from the front desk about noise. Additionally, the apartment is really pretty expensive, but that's pretty common in Boston. Lastly, the area around the apartment can get a little obnoxious after home games during Red Sox season. Not only can it get loud, but the green line gets packed and all of the bars are overrun with people from the stadium. It hasn't really affected my day to day happiness, but there are definitely times where it's been annoying.

Great neighborhood! There are plenty of shops and bars and restuarants nearby to explore. It is also very close to transit areas. It's generally quiet, except on game days at Fenway. On game days, the streets and roads become very crowded and can get loud. It's not very loud from my apartment, I don't notice it, but it can change depending on where you live. There are stores and markets for shopping and groceries within close walking distance. The location downtown is great for me.
Fenway is a fun place to live as a young adult. There is a lot of great options for food, entertainment and shopping nearby. It is not necessarily a quiet place, but that aslo comes with the fun of always having something to do nearby. For the most part it is a safe place to live and convenient location.
The neighborhood has a target at 10 mins walk, dominos, USPS, and 2 other restaurants at 3 mins walk, questrom college at 7 mins walk, and two t-line stations at 6 mins walk. It safe around to go for jogging.
It has a residential feel even though it's right downtown. Everything you need is right in the neighborhood, including a grocery store, CVS, hardware store, liquor store, etc.
It is a good place. Easy to access also it has tons of cafes, groceries, and restaurant
Amazing food, close to target, museums (MFA and ISG), and the fens
West Fens is, in my opinion, the best place to live in Boston. Pros: short commute downtown, plenty of transit options, lots to do (bars, restaurants, etc)., near plenty of stores (grocery store, TARGET!, Marshall's, etc.), quiet streets, and right next to the Fens for when you want your nature fix. I don't have any cons, personally. It's my ideal location.
The Fenway area is a great place to live. You've got the green line (I know) right there that will take you pretty much anywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants and a grocery store as well. It's a good place for undergrads and I found it very enjoyable living there.
