Roomy but possibly in the wrong places.
So far my experience has been good, the apartment is roomy at ~800 sq. ft. and only has carpeting in the bedroom. I would most likely rethink my choice of apartment as the bedroom is huge and I spend very little time there. The management and Concierge in the building are great, very friendly and know me by name. Additionally the Concierge is available from very early in the morning up until very late at night.

Great apartment, but big corp mgmt is a little obnoxious
I love the building, my apartment, the location, and the concierge. The building is SUPER pet friendly, which is great because I have a 100lb dog. The rent is reasonable, but when you include parking, pet rent, etc, you could be living in new construction with better finishes for the same prices. Equity is a huge mgmt company and they treat you like a number as opposed to a person.

Great Location
The location next to the sculpture park and near so many good restaurants is wonderful. We live on a low floor facing west and the train and street can be quite loud though. The building offers much larger apartments than what is currently getting built in the new construction and offers thick walls and high cellings. There is plenty of additional storage you can purchase at minimal cost. The front desk managers are largely very good although the we have had some trouble with one of the leasing agents not following through on requests. The building does not offer some of the features of newer builds such as a rooftop deck but the gym and common area patio are nice. Overall, I really recommend!
