Quiet, family (and pet) friendly residence with great outdoor spaces nearby
I love living at The Grove! The apartments are protected by a gate, but the surrounding area is very much residential and quiet. The development is right down the street from Elmington Park, where there are often food trucks and pickup soccer games. My apartment is on the larger side from what I've seen of 2bed/2baths in Nashville. Utilities and 24-hour maintenance are included in rent. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. Renters have 24h access to multiple gyms on the property. There are 4 pools on property that are open 9-5 pm during the summer and fall.

Very safe, close to Belmont.
I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Grove. I always felt very safe with the gated parking; parking was never an issue either. Even if I had guests, I had plenty of room to park. The property was extremely clean and maintenance was on site. The leasing office was always very responsive to any questions or concerns of mine. It is about a 1 mile drive from Kroger and 2 miles from Belmont. 10/10 for the money I don’t think you can live in a better location if you’re attending Belmont.

Love the Grove
The Grove is a wonderful place to live! It is a gated community in a safe neighborhood about 1 mile from Vanderbilt. I have absolutely loved living here and it is an added bonus that parking is included for residents and guests.

The Grove - Best Value in town!
The Grove is a gated community with above average apartment quality and size and top-notch amenities. Excellent value.
The only negative I can think of is distance -- this complex is not walking distance to school. That said, it's only a 6-7 min drive to the 25th Ave garage plus the 5 min walk to EBL. There are no restaurants or businesses in walking distance either. One positive about the location is that it's across the street from Elmington Park.
The biggest strength of this complex is the amenities - there are 3 beautiful outdoor pools equipped with lounge chairs, barbeques, etc and it's open 24/7! These are clutch when you want to unwind on the weekends. There is also a 24/7 business center if you don't want to buy a printer and need to print something or if you want somewhere to study that's not your apartment or Vandy or a coffee shop. here is also a fitness center but it pales in comparison to the on-campus fitness center at Vandy.
The apartment quality is above average. Plenty of space. New appliances. Walk-in closets. No complaints!

The grove
The grove is close to belmont. Which is great to not have to drive through any traffic each day. The apartment is really nice and in a safe neighborhood. The only thing I would suggestion is when choosing your apartment ask to not be on the highway side. With 440 construction it can mess with your sleep.

Good option
You pay for the location. Everything about the complex is good, if not great. Expensive, but worth it due to proximity to campus.

The Grove Whitworth
Very nice, clean, and safe apartment complex. I feel very safe and secure as it is a gated apartment complex that requires key card entry. The front office has been very helpful in answering any questions or addressing any needs I have had. I am on my second lease with the complex. My rent went up about $50, as that was disappointing since I have never had a late rent payment, but I understand they have to adjust for market fluctuation.

The Grove (Richland and Whitworth)
I lived at the Grove Richland for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living space are huge. They come with a balcony or a sunroom. The complex has 4 pools, multiple fitness centers, pavement parking and it's a gated community that needs access cards to enter. The management are very responsive. Finally, they have multiple events throughout the year such as catered Christmas parties, pool parties, and free food from food trucks. I loved my experience at the Grove!

I like it :)
Quality apartments. Very secure. Has a very neighborly feel. Will often see numerous dog walkers around (neighbors will often meet each other and make acquaintances this way). Great management & maintenance. Very responsive (maintenance will even come over to help me change my light bulbs). Everyone (staff & residents) have been very friendly and helpful. Also staff gives me birthday cards every year.

Hillsboro Westend Reviews
It does not feel safe 100% of the time (mostly late at night), but for the most part it feels friendly and safe. I say this because in three years I have been here, we have had someone break into my car as well as someone try to get into our apartment. These may be random, isolated incidents, and is probably 'safe' relative to most big city/urban areas!
