Artemis Midtown Review

I like Artemis much better than my previous Nashville apartment complex. I love the location. The area is quiet and makes studying from home really easy. I can walk to school, restaurants, and parks easily. I can easily reach the highways and get to main roads without sitting in traffic. I think the building is pretty well maintained and maintenance is pretty responsive. I have lots of living space, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and an updated bathroom. There are lots of other law students in the building, so there are people to go out with and walk to school with if you want! My only real compliant is a super slow elevator.

Artemis Midtown Review

It's one of the most affordable options within walking distance of the law school. I have had an overall good experience. Maintenance is fairly responsive and the amenities are nice.

Good location

The closet is HUGE. We use it as a second room. I enjoy walking to school, my cycling studio, and coffee shops/restaurants. It is a great location for that. It is very close to Centennial Park. it is dog friendly and even has a doggy spa for bathing. There is loud construction outside of my window 6 days a week 7:30-7:30, and that is a big deal for me. The amenities are minimal but good (gym and pool). The covered parking is $50 a month, but there is plenty of street parking. I've never had a problem parking on the street. Management is friendly and responds quickly. Maintenance is great. I really like how thick the walls are. I never hear my neighbors. There is a lot of natural sunlight, and the kitchen is updated. The apartment building is very clean. You need a key fab to get into the building. There is only one elevator for the whole building, and it is very slow. If you are someone who can't take the stairs, this is probably a big inconvenience.

Clean and Small

I like that the apartment building is small but luxurious. Maintenance is great. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartment is small for the cost, but the location is perfect for work, school, and fun.

Great property management, slow elevator

I love living here. Property management has always been incredibly responsive to my needs. My only criticisms would be that there is only one elevator serving approximately 150 units and St. Thomas construction can be somewhat disturbing.

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
