Charlotte at Midtown
The facility is nice. I have had concerns with safety and management being a little unbecoming.

Safe and fun environment for a young professional
Charlotte at Midtown is a well-maintained environment for young professionals and students. The amenities are fun and helpful including an outdoor pool, club house good for studying, and gym. I have rarely had isses with noise level, and any issues have been addressed by management in a timely manner. The management is friendly and helpful. The apartment is also very pet friendly, with two outdoor fenced in dog park areas. Outside of some minor burglary events, the apartment has always felt safe and secure. A downside is there is a lot of typical noise that comes with living in a city. There is a train very close to the apartment which runs most days throughout the day and night. The nearby hospitals attract ambulance/fire truck traffic, as well as a hospital helicopter landing pad. Although it has always been manageable, it is something to think about if a lot of city noise is bothersome.

Close to campus some minor management problems
The facility is nice. There is a lot of noise. There’s a train on one side and a hospital on the other, but you do get used to the train. The amenities are nice and the apartments are equipped with SmartHome technology, in unit washer dryer, and pretty good appliances. We had a lot of maintenance issues that took a lot of bothering management for them to finally come fix.

Home away from home
Charlotte at Midtown is an excellent choice for living in Nashville. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and other fun things, but it is far enough away from the main downtown streets that it doesn't get too bad with traffic. The staff is amazing and truly cares about their residents. Super dog friendly!

Worth looking into
It is a decent building but tends to get noisy on weekends, especially near the pool. It can be loud some weekend nights as well but nothing too awful. Management is okay, some flaws but nothing major. .9 miles from Owen, not a bad walk if weather is nice. Some amenities, including a nice gym. Worth checking out.

Poor Neighbors
Individuals at this apartment are not friendly or kind. There are many pets in the apartment complex and owners are not reliable in cleaning up after their animals. Management charges for anything possible. Environment is overall poor, however there are many available amenities.

Charlotte at Midtown Review
The building is great - there is a huge study room on the fifth floor that has a Starbucks coffee machine (with three different types of coffee, hot chocolate, and tazo tea). It's usually quiet and has lots of different study spaces + a conference room if you need to do group work. The gym is way nicer than a normal apartment gym (has a stair master!!) The lounge areas on the first floor are also really great. There's free food like once a week at apartment events. You'll have valet trash which I initially thought was silly, but I now love (which means that you leave your trash outside of your door and someone picks it up).The apartment management is also really nice, and even though the building is huge, they know my name which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend!
