Would recommend!

My experience with Cornerstone and the Archer Place apartment complex has been very positive. The property management is helpful and responsive, and the building couldn't be in a better location. I love the easy access to restaurants and shops on Broadway. The Alameda light rail station is about a ten minute walk from the building, and there are two bus lines within a two minute walk.

Sometimes the sound of the trains on Santa Fe and the light rail can be loud at night. I wish the fence surrounding the building was taller to increase security, but in general, I feel safe where I live.

Overall, my dog and I love this apartment!

Decent Spot

Love Cap Hill. The penthouse level is great, but the rooms are nothing to write home about.

Cap Hill is a great neighborhood in Denver. Very close to downtown, but still has a neighborhood feeling and unique culture. Still easy to get out into the mountains fairly quickly, and quick access to Cheesman Park. Great neighborhood for pet owners, it seems like everyone has a dog here.

A decent number of good bars and restaurants, even if they are kind of spread out. There's also every kind of grocery store (including a great Trader Joe's) and a lot of other kinds of shops.

Kind of an expensive neighborhood, including a lot of really expensive houses with some very wealthy families. This can mean the neighborhood politics can be a little closed-off sometimes, especially when it comes to helping people in need and with unhoused people.
Good place. Tons of stuff to do and very centrally located. It’s the most densely populated area in the time zone.
Some restaurants nearby and great access to the light rail station if you actually use it. As a woman, I wouldn't feel safe walking here around after dark.
Love living in Cap Hill. It offers a great variety of restaurants and bar and is close to a few great city parks.
The neighborhood is lovely and full of things to do. There are coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's full of young families and adults and is pretty diverse. I don't have a car so having so much within walking distance and being close to major bus lines is essential. Sometimes it can feel a little sketchy so I don't love walking around alone at night, but even then there are plenty of people out about walking their dogs and such.
Okay, I love Capitol Hill, but it is not everyone's cup of tea. There are beautiful churches, restaurants, and you're right next to Cheeseman Park. That being said, in this part of the city, there is a homelessness issue and that sometimes comes with certain things. I've never had a concern for my safety, but I know others have felt uncomfortable. If you're comfortable with city living and all that comes with it, this is a great place.
The neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants and is overall very safe.
I absolutely love living in Baker. It's a central location, close to Santa Fe and I25, and the proximity to Broadway is amazing. This is a great place to live if you're looking for a neighborhood with a historical, residential feel within the city.
