TERRIBLE leasing office, great location

**Worst Greystar community-- go to ANY other outside of this one in Denver!
**
Hi! I don't leave reviews often, but holy hell, does this place need one.

If you're interested in having your fresh grad spend a TON on Alara Station, feel free to, as they love to collect money but do not follow up on their promises on their end.
Here are a few examples (not all) of my stay as of late:

1.) My oven completely took a crap because of the fan. They didn't get it fixed, and just asked me to run the oven to double check how it works. Cool beans.
2.) I needed to renew the lease, when my partner and I have completely different schedules. I had a ton of questions, stopped by the lease inbetween my schedule but was asked to email them, and go back and forth about 7 different leasing agreements that could be done for different leasing terms, lol
3.) I was waiting for a new key to be made, but a leasing manager stopped by to ask me what the problem was. I mentioned, yes, I have feedback, but that has nothing to do with me just getting the new key I need since the entire complex changed locks. She kept asking me to go to her office, so I said "OK", followed her, and I relayed feedback, about "please do not tell my dog walker to relay to me that I need to give a pin over and over to a 3rd party vendor so they could get into my place any time they want??" (for reference, with the master pin its HARD to change as 3 emails have explained and whoever has it can go in your apartment 24/7 versus the time allotted) and then one of the leasing folks mentioned that the leesee's "always get confused" to my dog walker but the "community manager" completely disregarded this feedback and said her team "would never" and said that maybe like 5 times??? as if they're perfect and could never grow, and she never wants to do her job on coaching them LOL. She also told me "Go take a card. Are you gonna take one????" with CRAZY "KAREN" EYES. Like, ok, sure, no one can get better at their job, I guess. Like I'm sitting here like why did you even ask me to come in here?? I didn't want to to begin with as stated the first THREE times that I didn't even want to be in this office who literally invited me to not at all mentioned! and then when I was invited to share my concerns, she yells at me about my concerns when I was originally sitting in the office beforehand minding my own business. Also, as I was walking out, she told me to never go into her office, which I replied, I NEVER ASKED TO GO IN??? I'm not gonna lie, I definitely said "you are psychotic", laughed and left as she kept telling me to not come back. She kept saying it maybe like 6 more times before I left reached the door, and each time I literally said "I NEVER asked to go in there, dude."
Please don't PRETEND you wanna get better, if you NEVER wanna listen. LOLLL

I would NOT recommend this place if you're considering another downtown apartment complex.
It's centralized, and near things, so that's definitely worth it if you just are ok to roll with the punches.
Definitely consider if you're willing to work with people who CANNOT TAKE FEEDBACK?? (this was so wild to me, I had to tell them it was psychotic)

Advice to management--- do NOT ask for feedback if you don't want it. Truly that easy. Its really that easy, NS. Don't scream at me, even though I pay on time and your team gives my dog walker information about how your team thinks the lessees get confused??

People who wanna stay here long term, just keep your mouth shut, LOL. Sorry. Also, please be ok with FIRE ALARMS happening at ALL TIMES of night with very little explanation or more faceless blame from the leasing office!

2 stars because of location. I would give negative starts for the team.

Btw, they also just let homeless folks to stay in stairwells even though this allows them into all of the floors.
