Great overall property

Apartment is south of the city and campus for a more suburban feel. Within walking vicinity (1-2 mins) is the light-rail which links to the campus, downtown and the airport, and a Walmart is a block away and King Soopers is about 3 blocks away. Apartment is updated with granite, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer, large bathroom, walk in closet and other updated amenities. Additionally the 901 building has a parking garage attached to it for free parking.

The Marks is located on the edge of Cherry Hills Village and Englewood. Can’t beat the location in terms of accessibility to nearby destinations. The neighborhood is quiet and I’ve never felt uncomfortable going for walks alone. Also in walking distance of a King Soopers, and multiple restaurants.

Basically surrounded by office buildings, there's a couple hotels and a few other apartment buildings but unless you head towards the Park Meadows Mall, there's not much of anything.

Between Arapahoe Rd and DTC, we live 5-10 minutes away from everything we need. We live blocks away from Fiddler's Green Amphitheatere which can be good and bad. Good if you go to their concerts a lot because its walking distance, but it brings a lot of traffic into the neighborhood. Concertgoers can't come into the complex, but they clog up nearby streets and restaurant parking lots.
