It was good, except that there are a lot of loud college kids.

Ok
The worst thing about the complex is that there are many younger students who can be a bit loud at night and wake me up. Other than that, it is a good apartment, in a great location where I can easily ride my bike in less than 10min, nice windows, good management, and a ping pong table.
