1244 Indian Hills Dr

There are many apartment complexes being built on the southeast side of town (near Safeway) but mine was one of the ones in the neighborhood. The "Palouse Ridge" apartments on Indian Hills favor grad/law students, young families, and elderly couples so they tend to be quiet. Mine has great views of Moscow mountain (it does face north so sunlight isn't great but there are lots of windows), it's super big, rent is very reasonable (940 for my first year, 1000/month for my second year), there's parking and some green space next to the buildings, and there's an in-unit utility room with a washer/dryer. I pay electric and for my own Wifi. In terms of storage, there's lots! The bathrooms are both double sinks/full shower with lots of space in the cabinets, there is a pantry closet, hallway closet, the utility room is spacious, and both bedrooms have large closets. The Palouse Properties landlords are very responsive, reasonable, and great to rent from. The apts are close to Safeway and nearby stores, right on the trail, and away from campus. The location means its quieter, but for bikers/walkers this might not work best! Strongly recommend these apartments/landlords overall!
