South Hill Vista Apartments

It is impossible to find anywhere decent to live with 3 bedrooms for only $892 a month in the country. We have loved living here. It is older and you can feel that from the carpet, tile, and countertops. However, whenever a service request is submitted, they are there and actually fix the problem within a day. While it would be nice to have newer counters and floors, if it ment paying more I wouldn't do it. This apartment is a big reason I won't have a crazy amount of debt after school.

Affordable and if ever we need anything, we always get a quick response.

These apartments are built to last. They are not fancy, the living room is a bit small, the floors and countertops are a bit ugly. However, there is ton of storage, and rent is charged directly with tuition (and is very cheap), so you don't have to worry about it all semester. The community is awesome, management is really responsive and things get fixed super quickly, and it is on campus, super close to downtown. The parking is an actual nightmare. We are in a middle building on a pretty steep hill, so we are walking up a ways to the parking lot whether we park in the top lot or the bottom lot. It is also super expensive for the permit (like $350 a year per car). And when you use the temporary sidewalk to unload things (as is allowed for up to 30 minutes) you will randomly get tickets from the school. They are cozy apartments and good quality, and I am happy to have lived here.
