you get what you pay for
I wanted to live alone and kent village fit in my budget to do that. my rent was only above 1000s in my fourth yr and this includes a 25$ pet rent. but i will say, the neighborhood is a little rough and there is a commute to get to school (20 mins w/o traffic and 30-45 w/ traffic).
