Safe older building

The building feels very safe and people are friendly. My apartment itself is quite large though in an older building. It’s located right at a streetcar stop though is also a less than 10 minute walk to the subway. The commute to school is about 45 minutes door to door. There is no in-unit laundry, it’s pay per use in the basement. The property manager is not always very responsive.
