DU On-Campus Grad Housing

The apartment has one central air conditioning box, so in the summer it's extremely hot in the bedrooms. However, after purchasing a box fan it was not an issue. The building is older, but the location and price is well worth it. Another downside is you get kicked out of your apartment during the winter interim unless you pay a large fee for rent.

Great except for squeaks

I love this apartment, but the walls and ceilings are so thin. I am woken up so early because of the people above me simply just walking. Do not get any of the bottom floors.
