Fantastic place for fantastic price, with fantastic landlord

I found this place by accident on Craigslist and I am so happy with where I live. It is a great location, the landlord is super responsive and will take care of things all the time, and he communicates with us frequently about whatever is going on that may affect us. Place itself was redone recently and has a very large open space with a deck! Kitchen is also with new appliances and dishwasher, and there is in-unit laundry as well. If I stay in Ann Arbor in the future I would live here as long as possible!
