Spacious escape just outside of medical campus
I've love my apartment in Ann Arbor's Northside neighborhoods. My duplex is the perfect escape from the city and the medical campus surrounded by trees, a great back yard with firepit, garden, and loads of parking. The unit is spacious and equipped with heat, AC, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher which makes life a lot easier. There is also access to the entire basement for storage. The 2-unit house means less shared walls and noise and the location on the Northside is perfect for a quiet atmosphere. I'm just a 15-20 minute walk away from the Hospital and 5 minutes from US-23/M14. The neighborhood is also amazing for running as it is two blocks from the Argo Trailhead, half a mile from Island Drive and Fuller Park, and about 1 mile from Black Pond/Leslie Park. The landlords are amazing and very responsive to any problems/needs (although I've had very few ).
