Overpriced

Nicer area but typically take a about 15 minutes to get to campus. Walls are surprisingly thin here for being a newer build. You can hear everything going on the the surrounding apartments, especially upstairs.

Security is a little concerning. Not gated and random cars use the parking lot as a hangout spot. Positive is lots of parking space. Buildings themselves have a key entrance but I've had people slip in behind me enough that I don't think it does much.

Amenities are nice, but again not really worth the price. Its not the worst but you can definitely find better bang for your buck in Baton Rouge.
