Park East Square
I really like this place, its a town house across from East Campus so it's very close to the bus and the creek trail which is such a huge plus for me. It's a very quiet part of town with a good mix of ages, some families, some young people and some elderly residence. There's a little pool and an HOA. The townhouse itself is carpeted which is a downsize.
Utilities are typically under 70 , parking is plenitful and non competitive and each unit has a little outdoor space.
The downsides are that it's far from Pearl Street and Chautauqua, the apartments themselves don't have an overwhelming amount of natural charm and character but definitely a nice place. I
