Great but expensive
Pros:
-Right on key bike paths to get downtown
-25-30 min walk to main campus (8 min bike ride, about 2/3 on road no bike path)
-great access to open spaces and park (e.g. basketball court)
-pool included
-great views of the flatirons
-covered parking
-kitchen is pretty great
-storage space for bike, skis, etc.
Cons:
-Expensive rent
-Can be pretty cold in winter but the heat works well (apartment sits over covered parking)
-not really walkable to restaurants/grocery/etc (but very bikeable)
Neutral:
-it's near foothills parkway but because of how the unit is oriented, you cannot hear it at night (can hear it walking around)
-had an AC issue problem this summer but got it resolved
