I have a brand new construction (we are the first tenants) with rooftop and backyard, 4 stories and a rooftop bar area. The rooms are nicely sized, only 1 is a size I would consider small. Any time there is an issue the landlord and contractors fix it promptly. It is a 5 min walk from the 49 bus which takes me right to HUP and JMEC.
