The townhouse is spacious. Cornerstone in general is a great living community. Great place to take walks and is close to restaurants.

Quality Apartment with Skyrocketing Rent
119 Cornerstone Street has great views of the neighborhood depending on the side of the apartment you live in. The apartments are spacious and modern. It is uncommon to hear neighbors, however I live on the top floor so I cannot say whether or not it is possible to hear upstairs neighbors. The complex is within walking distance of four restaurants, a coffee house, and a convenience store. Traffic in the area is rarely an issue, and Walmart, Target, and Kroger are all within an 8 minute drive. Two main problems with the apartment: (1) Rent skyrocketed after the first year with a $225 per month increase. Rent does not include any utilities outside of garbage disposal. The price, in my opinion, does not reflect the true value of the apartment. (2) The parking is shared with nearby restaurants. Because of this, parking on weekends and during dinner hours can be sparse.
