Older but well-managed apartments

This apartment was built in the 1960s, so some amenities are old or out of date. However, the building is well managed: Things break often, but they are fixed quickly, and management is responsive to any tenant service requests. Additionally, the apartments are large with thick walls to prevent noise transfer.
