Nice amenities but small

The place I live is clean, new, and has nice amenities including a sauna, hot tub, and small gym. The required add-ons are expensive, like valet trash, media package, and parking. Those are an additional 300 a month. For the small studio space I would describe this apartment as overpriced, but the alternative is to save a couple hundred a month and live in a dingy apartment with roommates. SLC is missing reasonable apartment living.
