Good option for Jeff students
Reasonable price for the location. Decent amount of space for a 1 bedroom. Tall ceilings make it feel even bigger. The last several years here have been uneventful (which is good). If any issues come up, maintenance takes care of it quickly. Can be loud at night and on weekends from street noise with bars and restaurants close by.

Midtown Village Reviews
The area is filled with lots of young people. I don't feel unsafe walking around even at night because there are people out all the time. There are a couple of narrow streets I probably wouldn't walk through though.
