Aesthetically nice but poorly managed

This apartment is new so it appears pretty luxurious and clean. It has some really nice ammenities but turns out you have to pay to use some of them outside of strict hours. The management was nice when we moved in but has been completely turned over in the last month. Will probably change again, per Greystar standards. The rent is high, especially as a student. But I wanted somewhere nice to live for the full 3 years of my program. This apartment is unique that it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of people own dogs on the property but things are usually quiet. The mail room is the biggest issue so far, with packages being left out and stolen. But overall, a nice place to live. Just nit-picky things other than the steep price, but that's just Portland.
Our specific unit has W/D in unit, AC, and lots of windows. Carpet only in the bedrooms.
