3355 Overland

I've had a good experience with my studio apartment so far. The building is brand new, so I am the first person to live in my unit. I have in unit laundry and all the appliances are brand new. Have had some package theft, but other than that it feels very safe. It is pretty expensive, but I guess that comes with the new building. Overall I'm satisfied.
