Love Hillwood Villas

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 5 years now. The management is extremely approachable and accomodating. All units are currently being renovated. It's a quiet complex tucked into South Knox that you wouldn't know exists unless you'd been there. It's a 10 minute walk from Sevier Ave with Alliance brewery, South Coast Pizza, and more. Very pet friendly. Our maintenance man, Monty, is a national treasure and spoils our two dogs with slim jims every time he sees them. The rent is very cheap but the units are spacious and very nice.
