The apartment itself is decent, not the nicest but also nothing specifically wrong. Management and maintenance respond quickly. Parking is easier in some buildings than others.

The apartment is nice, but a little old. Parking is super convenient, and the community is mostly quiet!

I enjoy it. Nothing wrong with the apartment. The area around the apartment doesn't seem to be the safest, but I haven't had any issues.

For what we are paying in rent, I have no complaints. Our unit is spacious, parking is included, maintenance is responsive.

I've never had any problems with my apartment or with the management. It's about 5-10 minutes from campus depending on traffic, so the location is good.

I live here with my fiancé and our two dogs. At about 800 square feet, it's larger than other 1 bedroom apartments near campus. The apartment has ample storage, with a walk in closet in the bedroom, a large coat/linen closet in the hallway, a huge storage closet in the living area, and a full size pantry. It is a five minute drive from campus. Parking is plentiful and unassigned, so your guests can park right outside your unit as well. The complex has two pools, a well-equipped gym, and on-site laundry services (although the in-unit washer/dryer hookups have allowed me to not have to use the facilities). If you ride the KAT bus, there is a stop right at the bottom of the hill the complex sits on. We had a major maintenance issue (not management's fault, water leaking in from roof due to contractor mess up) this past summer and management helped fix this hastily and put us up in a hotel that was nice and welcomed our pets in the meantime. The biggest plus here is that you get downtown benefits without having to pay downtown apartment prices. Bonus are the gorgeous views of campus and downtown from the pool deck! Downsides include not being walking distance from bars, although they are just a cheap uber away, smaller windows than newer units, and noise coming up the hill from the highway.
