So Convenient to School
The apartments here have so much space. I go to LMU and it's like 5 minutes away! I love the granite and new look and feel of the apartments. The staff are newer and really nice and they have started hosting events each month so that residents can meet. The gym is open 24/7 and the pool is so nice in the summer! The prices are so much better than downtown and they are brand new. Target and a new Ulta are right around the corner and there are a ton of restaurants around.

Mostly great, problems with mold
So far we haven't had many problems. The apartments are brand new and we live in the building that was built first. Because it was built first, it does have some problems. Cabinet doors don't close or are positioned backward. Our washing machine didn't work when we first moved in. We also have a major humidity problem because the place isn't well-ventilated. I've had mold grow on a few pairs of my shoes. I feel safe in the complex itself, as a woman, but the surrounding area is sketchy. I wish it was closer to campus, but it is not that far. You can't find anything under 1k each close to campus. Other than that, no problems.

Overpriced if you want to live alone
This complex is brand new, so there’s a lot to like but it was finished somewhat cheaply. The trash compactor hasn’t been operational the entire time the place has been open. The carpeting wasn’t fully tacked down in one room. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear every song your neighbor plays and every car that goes by. Overall, I had to pick this place, because it was the only complex within 15 minutes of campus that had availability before classes started. Do with that what you will.
