Great Location

Rivers edge is clean and quiet. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues. Great location on the river roughly 2.5 miles from campus. Dog friendly property. Downside: no washer and dryer in unit but can rent for $50 extra/month

Great location and good space

There are a lot of law students in this complex. Great location - close drive to campus but some distance from downtown which I like. Short walk to Ijams nature center. Pretty large units with space to study.
