The apartment itself is spacious and includes a balcony, large eat in kitchen, foyer, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Laundry is in building, though it is quarter operated and sometimes doesn’t work. Management is generally responsive to questions and concerns. Only real cons are that it is far away from campus and parking is an additional $175 a month, though there is ample street parking surrounding the apartment
