Convenient location to Rowling

Reasonably priced apartment with spacious floor plans, laundry on-site, and parking. The biggest perk is the 15 minute walk to Rowling Hall and bedroom closets. The building is well lit and property management is done directly by the owners, who are very helpful and responsive. The building and block itself is relatively quiet, however it is not the best for hosting social gatherings and there are amenities like a gym or lounge space. Pets are not allowed. Overall, it's a good deal and close to campus.
