Great apartment

The building itself is in a great location, there are lots of breweries, shops, and restaurants that are in easy walking distance. The apartments themselves are very very nice, and the amenities are great. The building is very safe, as is the parking.

Great Place to Live

The Artreaux is pricier than other options, but it is worth it. The building, amenities, and floor plans are new and modern. The location is excellent - right at the end of Trade Street, with plenty of breweries and restaurants within walking distance. If you are a WFU student or commuting to work, it is very close to the main roads and highways, so you do not have to deal with the headache of "downtown" driving. A potential downside is that it is a few streets from a rough part of town, but I have not seen or heard of this being an issue. Also, getting a pass for the parking garage is quite expensive, but there are plenty of street and lot parking spaces as alternatives.
