Good views of Nats Park, lots of hidden fees!

Amenities are nice and include a view of the ballpark and epic views of the Mall. Junk fees pile up and are quite annoying, expect $200 per month in common area electicity and "service" fees. Very close to Navy Yard green line metro stop - 30 minutes to GWU.
