Decent place

The apartment is nice. I've been renting since I started dental school a little over a year ago and I was the first person to rent my unit, so everything is brand new. Some things are cheaply done here, which is a little annoying and they won't let us have a grill, but the location is great, so the walk to class takes less than 5 mins and I can go home during breaks throughout the day, such as lunch.

It is close to HEC campus, which makes life easier. The apartment infrastructure is very modern, for those who prefer modern apartments. Not very safe in the surrounding area though. And cars get broken into quite frequently.

Good location from the school, although it can be a little dark when going back and forth from HEC to the apartment. Walls are generally soundproof, although sound leakage from the doors can be pretty extreme. Would recommend wearing earplugs on Thursdays since trash pickup is on that day, and any apartment facing the parking lot will be blasted with sounds at 4 in the morning.

Addis View as of 2024 is a very nice apartment. It was built recently so all the rooms are very new. The building is clean as a whole. The maintence is alright, sometimes if something breaks it might take them awhile to come fix it but they are usually good about actually fixing the problem even if it doesn't happen first try. The best feature of the apartment is the proximity to the Health Education Campus, it is about a 5 minute walk. The area around the apartment is not very good and some residents have had their cars broken into or had their packages stolen by non-residents. The good news is the apartment is trying their best to increase security to prevent this from happening in the future.

Meh it’s ok

New apartments located a 2 minute walking distance away from the HEC. The building is very nice, parking is gated, and utilities work well. Maintenance requests are acted on quickly. Feel safe and comfortable. Slightly overpriced, but many new properties are equal or more within the same area.
