Comfortable and Quiet!

Kaywood Gardens is a very comfortable and quiet apartment complex that is very affordable compared to other apartments around DC. If you have the means to commute, parking is free and always available. Also, the complex is right on the border of DC and Maryland so all busses and metros can be accessed. There are no in unit appliances like washers, dryers, or dish washers. Each building has a shared laundry room that is usually available. There is a small gym, but no pool. Low/ No crime in the immediate area and far from the noise of the city. About a 15-20 min drive to Howard even with traffic.
