Good apartment, bad rental company
Pros: location is great (very near law school), newly renovated, in-unit washer and dryer. Cons: Rental company, parking is expensive.
Pavilion is a bad rental company to work with. They are horrible at communicating important information, unwilling to work with you when they are at fault, and they won’t take your calls when you have issues.
Generally, I like the apartment but Pavilion’s conduct is deplorable.
