Campus Walk
The kitchen area and bathroom are very small, but the bedroom is pretty spacious. There is no in-unit laundry, but there is laundry available in the building and it costs $3.60 to a load of laundry.
It works for just me! The best part is the location.

Fine but Poorly Managed and Low Value
The apartment complex is close to campus, which is very nice. However, the apartments are merely passable and not worth the price that the management wants to charge. The appliances provided are not up to date and function poorly.
The management of the apartment is abysmal. The actual maintenance workers are very helpful but the office rarely passes along requests in a timely manner. I had to wait for over a month to have a broken window replaced, despite maintenance workers telling me that they had ordered the window and it should have been delivered.
