Beckon Review
Building is great overall. Great location in that it's walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants (like the actually cool ones) and it's also like a 10 minute drive to the Science Drive Garage. It also has a pool and a very nice gym. The parking situation is very good because it has an internal garage. The unit also has really big closets which is awesome. Downsides are that it's slightly overpriced and the management is slightly incompetent (but you can get maintenance to happen pretty quickly if you're not averse to conflict).

Beckon
Great experience living in a new, clean apartment with friendly residents. Single units have lots of space with modern amenities. Gym is decent, not a lot of space. Being outside of 9th street has a lot of perks (namely clean, new, quiet apartments) and living downtown offers a lot of fun activities within walking distance.

Beckon Apartment
Love living at the Beckon; it's close to the farmer's market and Durham Central Park while still being tucked away and quieter. It has a few units with direct outside access which is very nice for my dogs and there is a beautiful dog park across the street. The building also has conference rooms and work rooms that are nice for working in with classmates

Great Apartment
I love living at Beckon. It's brand new (opened in May) and in a great area. The apartment building is a five- to ten-minute walk from the main area of downtown, but is still in a very quiet area. There is a huge turf dog park across the street, which is very nice to have, as I have a dog.

Lovely apartment building
A very nice place to live, close to everything in downtown Durham. The apartments/facilities are very modern and the management is great.
