Good Apartment
It is a great building with a relatively large unit. The landlord is responsive and likes housing NECO students.

Great spot close to NECO campus
Located above Quality Mart, lots of NECO students in the building so you know your neighbors. 5 minute walk to Beacon campus, the BU bus stops right outside so you can catch a ride to the CTC ~10 minutes. 5 minute walk to the green line, 15 minute walk to orange line. The apartments are spacious and have washer/dryer in unit. Heat and water included. Older building but well-maintained. The rent isn't the cheapest but it's a good deal right in Backbay. I lived further away before coming here and commuting everyday was really affecting my academic performance in my opinion so living close to campus cannot be underrated!
