Affordable but not super modern

There are some great things about this place; location, cost, parking, safety, people. However, being more affordable also means some units have communal washer/dryer floors, some paint is peeling on the building, janky elevators, etc. The usual stuff in mid-level apartments. But to save money for three years living here is worth it.
