Really nice place

I recently moved in to an apartment here, and I've really liked it so far. I have a really nice view and feel really safe in the complex. The management is responsive. The only downside is that the walls are kind of thin, and while it's not a huge problem, there have been some instances where loud music/tv could be annoying.

Has amenities and management is great!

I have lived here all three years of law school. I wanted an apartment in NKY and found this one by chance. I've loved the management, and the complex itself has several great amenities (which I rarely have time to use, but I like knowing they're there). It's a little pricier than some others, but the piece of mind of being in a nice neighborhood and being only 15 minutes from the school is worth it for me.
