Decent overall
A bit overpriced given the lack of response to some maintenance issues and the noise from neighboring apartments, but very spacious, safe, and multiple amenities to enjoy.

Cheaper than places around, nothing is closer to the hospital
- closest to the hospital
- larger than most apartments around
- no washing machine (some apartments don’t have dishwasher- look for renovated)
- 120 dollars parking (same price as hospital parking, but it’s right next to you) - safe as the area is heavily patrolled by hospital police
- you can hear your neighbors
- basement apartments have almost no street light
- if you delay payment, they sent your case to court
- very good air conditioning
- residents are mostly from the hospital, so it is quiet
- probably the best for your money, if you want larger space
- very safe as the area patrolled by hospital police

Marlboro Classic Apartments
Marlboro Classic offers one of the most affordable apartment options near the University of Maryland campus. The apartments have large ceilings and feel bigger than other nearby apartments. Some downsides are: no washer/dryer in unit, no front desk security, and noise can sometimes be an issue. The apartments that face the atrium of the building have almost zero noise, which is so clutch for living in the middle of downtown where ambulance and police sirens are frequent. I highly recommend an apartment that faces the atrium for this reason. You will sleep so much better. The kitchen and bathrooms could be more updated, but rent is slightly cheaper than other nearby apartments. Marlboro Classic is a convenient and affordable option for living close to the UMB campus.

Marlboro Square Apartments
Marlboro Classic Apartments is a nice community with good staff and clean, nice apartments suitable for anyone who would like to live within walking distance of University of Maryland Medical Center. I am a medical student, and the location of Marlboro Classic Apartments was one of the drawing factors for me to live here. The apartments was well maintained and comfortable; however, they do not have in-apartment laundry services and operate laundry on a paying system, which can be expensive at times.
