The Residences
I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff (service, admin, and front desk) is amazing and incredibly convenient since the desk 24/7. The apartments and grounds are visually pleasing, and the area is convenient.
In all of my other rentals, I haven't had a better overall experience, and would definitely look to rent from SMC over any other property management company..

Lovely Building
The Residences is a great place to live - close proximity to both Baltimore and Washington, DC, a nice gym, pool, grill area, farmer's market in the summer months, friendly staff, etc. Utilities are included and the building is pet friendly. A couple of great restaurants are right on the property so you don't have to go far for a nice meal. Great place to live!
