10 River Road New England Style Home Built in 1780
The house is owned by two professors who live in New York City. They come back and stay in the house for 3 days out of the month. They will stay in the home during holidays and during the summer. During the summer they allow the tenant to keep their personal property in the room but they prefer the tenant not live in the house. This worked out for me as I went back home during the summers, and did not have to pay rent from May-August. Overall, it was an amazing home located on the River and I would recommend staying there. No roommates, huge house, on the river, all utilities included, cheap rent, 15 minutes from Law School.
