I do like this house
It is close to school and feels like a home. I enjoy the good view of the White Park and the stoves in the kitchen work perfectly. It locates in a nice neighborhood, where people allow me to pet their adorable dogs.
However, we have different weather zones in different parts of the house. The heat is really uneven, one room is like a sauna, the other room is freezing. This has to do with construction of the house, so the maintenance worker could not do much about it. There are walls that are molding and peeling off. The wall is thin so that the housemate can hear the conversations clearly.

The management is very helpful, especially Bill and Will, who are always there for us when we need them and are nothing but kind and nice. Super appreciate them and certainly made my stay easier and pleasant.
There are just some miscommunications during the course of the year, however, such as the Internet/wifi. Sometimes we also get short notice on repairs. Wish we get notified of these thigns ahead of time.
