Nice apartment
I loved the apartment, and it was very big for the price. My landlord was responsive to requests for maintenance. The building was only 3 units, and one of the neighbors caused a lot of disturbances. If you prefer to study at home, I would look for something other than a duplex, as you are living in close quarters with other tenants and you have no control over who the landlord puts in the building.
