Good sized apartment very close to campus

This is a good sized apartment for one person or for a couple. Rent is very competitive and includes an outdoor parking spot. Washer/dryer are located in the building next door. Landlord is generally responsive to maintenance requests. Units facing Murray Hill road have a sunroom.

No pets allowed.

Hi

No dishwasher, no central AC, no garbage disposal, thin walls, old appliances, old showers, difficult landlord

Good parking, good location (close to campus), coffee nearby, restaurants, laundry in basement (but $4 per load)., personal basement storage with lock

Little Italy Apt

Great, spacious apartment for a single occupant, building is four apartments with all graduate students. Large kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room (hypothetically could be a second bedroom), study, and enclosed porch. Clean and well kept, especially for Little Italy. Landlord painted the walls and replaced the carpet before I moved in. Nothing fancy or upgraded, but has been a fantastic apartment for three years. Free off-street parking, coin-operated laundry next door, 5 min walk to the medical school, and landlord (Valentino's owner) is at the restaurant next door everyday (friendly, accessible, and quickly responsive to any issues). Otherwise, hands-off.
